From the blank page to the built reality

Our four-phase process to make your real estate investment in Bali a reality without any hassles.

01.

SELECTION PROCESS

Every project starts with an investor selecting the development in which they want their house to be built. Investors can also choose to select their house and have us develop it on their own land outside of our main developments.

02.

HOME DEVELOPMENT

Once an investor selects the desired properties, we will proceed to acquire all the documentation, permits, and everything necessary to begin the development.

03.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATES

In this phase, we provide constant updates on the progress of the construction work. This includes weekly updates through videos and photographs.

04.

HOME MANAGEMENT

This is an optional phase in which our property owners can entrust us with the task of managing their homes on Airbnb and other online travel agencies on their behalf. All owners receive a monthly payment.

Yes, you can. Investors may purchase any of our homes and provide their own land for us to handle the construction. The price of this purchase is lower than buying the house with the land included.

Unfortunately, all our homes are delivered as-is and cannot be customized.

Yes, we are a licensed and insured company that manages permits, bidding, and construction administration throughout the building phase.
